Free Practice Closes out to Main Menu in Dynasty

I'm in a year 2 Dynasty with 10 users, and in both week 0 and week 1, Free Practice has crashed/failed to load instantly and gone back to the main menu. All 3 (Normal, Off only, Def only) close out to the main menu. Every time, it's the same sequence. The EA crumpling paper screen loads twice, gives me the error and sends me out. I've tried resetting my roster, and that hasn't worked. I didn't have a game in week 0 but did in week 1. Will this be the case every week?

It keeps giving the same message.

"ERROR Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the Main Menu."
