Free Practice not working in one Dynasty save – server error on PS5

In one of my Dynasty saves in College Football 25 on PS5, Free Practice will not load. Every time I try to access it, I get this message:

“Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”

Then I’m returned to the main menu.

I tested an older Dynasty save I hadn’t played in a while, and Free Practice worked fine there. When I returned to my main Dynasty, the issue was still happening — even after advancing the week.

Things I tried:

• Restarted PS5 and game
• Verified EA account is linked
• Loaded older Dynasty (Free Practice worked fine)
• Advanced week in current Dynasty (didn’t help)
• Saved under a new file name (didn’t help)

This seems to be a bug tied to that specific save file. I’ve attached a screenshot of the error screen.
