Update: read a strategy online saying don’t spend your points until you win two National Championships and then buy CEO to make your buying power 3 instead of 5. They also said they’d use two coordinators with recruiting archetypes early on until they max out recruiting. Once recruiting is maxed out, change your coordinators to motivators and max that out.
I need to win 2 nattys before i can make this game give me job offers!?! I am an OC in my current dynasty and also ran as a recruiter and am still seeing NOTHING on offers.
