Have a user that restarts frequently in online dynasty cf25

I have 1 user that restarts games. I told them the penalty for this was a forced loss the next week. I forced the away team to win, which would be a loss for the user as they were at home. They still played the game and the forced away win did not hold and they ended up with a win. Aside from asking them to not play their game, is there a sure way to accomplish a forced win(loss)?

    You have to advance the week before they finish their game.  If you force advance it while he's playing and have the CPU forced to win then it will override him even if he wins.  If he finishes the game and wins it will override the forced CPU win. 

    If kicking them from the dynasty isn't an option then I'd edit his players and make it impossible for him to win.
