Im having trouble loading my online dynasty for NCAA College football 25

Hi All,

Im having trouble loading my online dynasty for NCAA College football 25. When I try to load it, it eventually gets stuck and says "Refreshing Team builder data". Can anyone help?

I am also having the same issue. It says refreshing team builder data and ultimately fails and never lets me into the dynasty
