In NCAA 25 Dynasty, does editing players physique change gameplay or stats

To the best of my knowledge, changing a players physical appearance does not change their stats. Is this true? If I were to make my WR 7’ tall, would that make him catch the ball any differently (statistically) then if he were 6’4?
