Is EA ignoring offline dynasties?

Is it me or is EA ignoring off-line dynasties? I’ve looked into playing online Dynasty and A few things that are broken on my off-line are working on my online like the custom schedules that seems to work just fine but not off-line you can’t change the schedule off-line but you can online penalties seem to be a little better online than off-line. I haven’t gotten that far into it about four games online, but that’s so far is what I’ve seen, but clearly EA is not putting any effort into fixing some of the issues in the dynasty mode like the coaching carousel or the lack of penalties being called when they’re blatant penalties, you can see him on the replay the fact that you can’t use off-line and I’m sure there’s others. I just can’t remember now it’s a little late , yeah one of the major ones is the top 25 polls are messed up. The playoff systems messed up.
