Lost 4 years of my dynasty

System: PS5

I was playing dynasty mode and after I finished a game the app crashed. When I went back in to my dynasty mode I had lost 4 seasons. Players that were seniors on my team were suddenly recruiting prospects again. My coach went from a level 50 back to a level 38. Is there anyway to get my progress back?
