Make The Commanders Cup Part of Army / Navy Game

I simmed my latest season to have Army vs Navy for the Commander and Chiefs Trophy.  Which the the needs to be fixed. 

Historically, that teophy was been on the line in this game.  It is no fun beating Air Force for it every time.
