Mental Abilities Missing in Freshman and Sophmores
Anyone else notice that in dynasty no Freshman or Sophmores have Mental Abilities? Also Simmed 3 seasons ahead and they don't generate them. But the recruiting class will come in with mentals. This can't be intended?
