It really is silly. That is such an easy thing to give customization for that would go a long way. All the faces are for 20-year-olds, which completely kills the realism. No hats, visors, sweaters, nothing.
EA must think that the number of faces you get to choose from the better the coach editing is. The clothing option may as well not even be there.

agreed, I was very surprised they looked at that screen and gave the thumbs up on it. It looks terrible!
