@midnightsmoke21 you have to manipulate the system, take control of the team you want the same year you want to leave schools, make the team you want to go to lose every game and it should work, t hats how i got my job at southern cal, works everytime after doing the bama coach leveling trick.

    please Fix this EA. This should be easy. Everyone wants this and the ability to change the coach level cap while you’re at it. Give us option to take any open position we qualify for just like the old game. Also the ability to start with whatever amount of skill points and make there a cap or no cap. don’t make us wait until next year for a simple fix here….
