Notes to Improve Dynasty Mode in NCAA 26

I'll start by emphasizing I'm happy to have it back. The following are frustrations I've had getting back in to NCAA 25. 

  1. Far too many interceptions. Almost no incomplete passes, if a pass isn't caught it's picked. That's not very realistic. The offensive player rarely makes an attempt at the ball and the defender seems to run the route more quickly than the WR.
  2. Why stop at Level 50?
  3. Roster limit is unnecessary, especially given that teams will have almost scholarships raised to 105 soon. Could also offer to add recruits as walk-ons
  4. Weekly cap for amount of visits / game is also unnecessary. There aren't caps on # of visitors in reality, why institute a limit in the game?
  5. The coaching carousel is almost impossible to follow. If you are curious where coaches go it's tedious to have to go between pages to track anything. A "previous team" column would be nice and the record with previous team shouldn't read the new team the coach signed with

    First off the new forums are terrible. Please bring back the old ones pronto.

    Secondly...

    All of these except maybe the roster limits are spot on. In particular the points about a dynasty level limit (WHY is this STILL a thing? What POSSIBLE purpose can this serve? JFC turn it off already EA!) and recruiting visit limit. (Again, WHY? What is the justification here for limiting the number of players you can bring in on any given weekend? You already have a game balance mechanic around competing visitors dinging you. Why this limit?)

    Some of the design choices in this game are just so frustrating.

    Bring back formation subs.  I really miss that in dynasty mode.  Also improve coach career stats.  Finally, bring back the ability to create players for recruiting.

    I hope they see this, I’d love it if I could see my two time Heisman winning rb actually get drafted so my school’s pro potential can increase vs them just graduating.

    I'm going to bump this as the 2026 version approaches to reiterate:

    REMOVE THE LEVEL CAP ON THE COACH UPGRADES IN DYNASTY!

    It serves no legitimate purpose in single player mode. Let us keep improving the program and also...

    ALLOW US TO IMPROVE THINGS LIKE ACADEMIC REPUTATION AND CAMPUS EXPERIENCE!

    It is unfair that certain schools have a PERMANENT handicap that can never be removed compared to other schools. 

    I'd further argue that if EA was ever ambitious that they would enable us to do things like Stadium Size upgrades and the like which would really make Dynasty 100X more fun by, again, not making us feel permanently trapped with handicaps if we're not a fan of one of the Blue Blood schools of College Football but I'd at least settle for these first two things.
