Online dynasty blank user

Online dynasty - we have a blank user showing in a league that I am a commissioner over. No one can use this team as it shows a blank user. 

We have tried to back door the user by selecting another team and then attempting to select the team (NOT AVAIL) 

This user only shows when looking at coach details or conference standings.

in the member screen this user is not present
