Hi everyone,
We appreciate you reaching out about this.
When you have the chance, would you mind sharing more details on the customizations you made to your Conferences before this started happening? That will be helpful for us to look into this.

@EA_KentHi Kent, I included this scenario in my "Dynasty Details" post as well but I will reiterate what is happening here as well. Unfortunately this is offline dynasty as well.
Issue 1: Teams can get lost forever in custom conference phase..... they disappear never to return again.... you can tell which ones because when you go to custom schedules they will show up with generic EA logos just like the FBS schools... this appears to happen when you add divisions to a conference and then remove teams from a conference without first removing the divisions.
Issue 2: The second possible issue is that, conference rules allow you to play up to 12 conference games but when you get into custom schedules, the max you can play is 9.... this breaks cpu scheduling and many users are left unable to edit schedules.... which could lead to all the other bugs mentioned by the OP.
Issue 3: custom conference UI cannot handle it when you delete a conference.... the headers get all messed up and you lose the ability to edit the conference all the way to the right.... usually sunbelt.... so then they are forever un-editable.
Issue 4: Once you remove a conference by moving all of it's teams they are forever gone... you cannot add a conference back in. This is gamebreaking because once a conference is gone, there header position gets removed on the "lb/rb" conference swapping menu, but the game still treats it like they should be there.... essentially the conference to the right of whichever one you removed will take over that spot in that header section, which means the conference all the way to the right (sunbelt) gets perminantly removed from that header section, meaning you cannot edit them. - 2 years ago
All I did was switch Marshall from the Sun Belt Conference into the Big Ten, then that season it started messing up the team schedule and we could not see scheduled games. The next season when I put Marshall back in the Sun Belt Conference to try to fix the issue, it just made it worse and made every week a bye week for the other user who used Marshall. Oddly enough, I used Penn State and was still able to play almost all my games, with exception to my non conference games that I scheduled. I went 9-1 and won my conference championship and did not make the playoffs, but my friend, the other user who used Marshall, made it into the playoffs without playing a single game all season. I should add that in my dynasty league, Only my conference (The Big Ten) was able to play regular season games. Every other team in the game had a bye week every single week and whatever teams were already ranked in playoff contention before the season started made it to the playoffs because the rankings did not update all season. I was unranked before the season started so even though I went 9-1 and won my conference, I still did not make it into the playoffs because I wasn’t previously ranked when the season started. For some reason before my conference championship, I was on the projected CFP bracket, but even after I won my conference championship game by more than 30, I did not make it in because the other teams (who were already ranked before me when the season started) were able to play their conference championship. I attached 2 pictures. The first being the CFP projected bracket before my conference championship, and the other being after I won my conference championship and disappeared from the playoff picture. (I am using Penn State) It shows that I was the only one that was able to play my regular season games. I hope this gets fixed in the next update because we have put a lot of hours and energy into this online dynasty.

Hi @EA_Kent issue seems to be wider spread then switching conferences. Was playing online dynasty with my brother both PS5. We were in the preseason week and he had finished recruiting and clicked ready to advance. I was still in recruiting and didn’t know he had selected he was ready to advance. I mentioned my teams schedule for the upcoming year and he realized he forgot about schedules so was putting those together while I finished preseason recruiting. When I finished recruiting I marked ready to advance and he was still in the middle of making the schedules so it advanced the week. We have a similar issue with bye week showing every week along with the regular opponent. Recruiting is messing up were you can not schedule visits at all. We advanced a week to see if it would reset with no luck.
- 2 years ago@austinchill18 Yes, this is actually when my problems started happening. I had already marked ready to advance but made some changes to my schedule and while I was doing that the other user advanced while I was editing the schedule. After that, all the problems started happening. It just keeps getting worse each season that passes.
