having this issue as well, brought it up to EA help[ and they said just to reply here.
So much for a fix lol
Yeah unfortunately EA doesn’t care or give good customer support. It’s pretty wild they haven’t fixed this but they have the time to update player ratings in-season. 10’s of thousands of people bought this game and they don’t care. I’m pretty blown away. Their website pretty much said they know about it and they aren’t fixing it (peep attached photo).
