Online Dynasty Disconnect Causes 2-0 Win

Hi,Long time EA gamer, 2nd time chatter here.I'm the commissioner of an online dynasty and we had a user v user game in the CFP Quarterfinals that disconnected at halftime. The score was 28-17 so we would typically replay the game or come to some sort of gentlemen's agreement. However, the result is locked as the team with 17 points has been awarded the win 2-0. I'd rather just force win the team who scored 28 but when I go to the Scores/Schedules menu, I'm not given the option to press A for 'Actions', it's only A for 'Box Score' where I can review the stats from the first half of their game. Has anyone else experienced this? Is EA aware of this issue and if so is a fix in the works? This error will render online dynasties, unplayable.

Experienced something similar and yes there is no option to correct it. I assume EA is aware since I and others have posted about it being an issue, but not sure how seriously it's been taken since I haven't seen any feedback about it.

I saw some feedback in another thread from a community manager but it was just that they would make someone aware of it. Dynasty is at a standstill. Not sure how long we can wait.&nbsp;
