EA won't do anything to help if it's not an Ultimate Team related issue

is that official policy or opinion made from consistent history? Is ea usually dead silent on this issue? i dont play madden so this is my first encounter.

It's company policy that EA ignore anything not related to Ultimate Team. 

Their silence on all of the dynasty issue is deafening. 

Just received the same error. Thought EA patched this
