My issue is I have a 32 human coaches dynasty. The first 20 got in with no problem. Since the issues started happening with all of this, the other 12 can't get in. They get an error code on the last step of creating a new coach to join. Two of those have been able to join by taking the pre-generated coach and not creating a new coach. Anyone that tries to create a new coach cannot join. We cannot progress until this issue is fixed.
