I still cannot get the option to import a team builder dynasty to dynasty on Xbox.

Make sure it says cloud at the top when you progress through the screens. If you try cloud and get the “EA servers are down, try again later” prompt. It will kick you back and change it to an offline dynasty without you knowing. However, be careful with trying to create a cloud dynasty. If you receive the servers down prompt 20 times, it will basically lock you out of creating an online dynasty until EA fixes this bug. Hope this helps.
