I have noticed that after 5 years of my WKU dynasty none of my pipeline levels are improving. When I have a level 2 Georgia, Kentucky and Louisiana and about 75% of all of my recruiting classes are from those areas, none of them have changed in level. However, when I recruit from Florida which I had a level 1 pipeline in them, when I select a player from that area, it says I have a level 5 pipeline. I don't know if that is a glitch or if pipelines do not improve?
They do not improve since they are based on historical recruiting data for each school, but there are multiple pipelines in Florida, so you probably have a pipeline for one section of Florida that's a level 1 and another part of Florida that is a level 5.
Some pipelines are entire regions, like the Pacific Northwest so any recruit in Oregon and Washington count for the same pipeline, while large states such as California have multiple pipelines in them with California having the Bay Area and the SoCal pipelines that are different from eachother despite being the same state
Similar question - if I add coordinators who match my schools existing top pipelines, can that increase the pipeline level? or do you just get a boost in recruiting activities for that?
