Player Card Symbols

Does anyone have any idea what all the player card symbols mean? More specifically the "+" symbol in the bottom left of the player card. Can't seem to even find the answer on reddit or with support on EA. Pretty crazy they don't have a legend for what all the symbols mean at this point of the game.
