Player weight gain in Dynasty off-season

I can't say for certain, but from my first year, I put a player at TE who is 190 pounds. He didn't gain weight in the offseason and is still the same weight as a sophomore TE

I really hope they incorporate the weight gain because coming in at 190 and gaining zero pounds over 4 years is weird lol. Like 190 lbs at 18 years old and then fast forward you're a senior that spent 4 years at a D1 football program and you're still 190 lbs?? lol

I agree, but it's a nuance perhaps nobody thought about. I can understand where building a game this complex would have points or eventualities that were never thought about in the creation process. If it is the case, hopefully at some point they can install a patch based on our feedback. I just need to give it more time to have more data to be able to confirm. I'm sure on their end, they know if they installed it in the game or not though

i was trying to figure out the same thing and stumbled upon this thread, if it’s not in the game already i really hope it’s added in the future to make it more realistic, maybe it goes up incrementally if you upgrade the power skill bucket and it has large increases in offseason training. also maybe it’s at different paces depending on position, like big offensive linemen can put on 30-40 pounds through out their career whereas some smaller receivers put on more like 10-20

I’d love if they could give you more control of this aspect in the offseason. Like if you have to sacrifice speed for weight gain / strength that should be an option 

all I know is if I put a 190 pound TE out there he should be getting blown off the ball every play.
