Question

So whats going on with this "playing style" concept.

My says "-"

I guess I have no style.

Many players seem they might want to transfer because I lack style. That could be because i don't have a good wardrobe but as the coach of Tulane I only make so much money to afford nice shoes.

Seriously, when does that even show up? Its been "-" for 11 weeks into the season.

Another bug?

Or am I just too cool because I have so many cool styles.

Playing style is essentially based on stats. For example a defensive end would like to see you get sacks and TFL's if your team isn't doing that then your playing style will drop. Why yours is "-" is beyond me, unless there is a stat you have literally zero of.
