Please Update Coach Hiring/Carousel

One thing that felt right in NCAA 14 that has been made way less enjoyable is the coaching carousel and changing teams in general. 

Can you guys please make there be many more job offers in the next update? Especially once you get the higher traits in the coaching tree like CEO. At some point, an incredible, multiple-championship-winning coach should be able to go to almost any school they want, especially if the job is seen as a downgrade. If Nick Saban called up Kent State or even Purdue and said I want the vacancy, wouldn't he get an offer? 

Any easier fix for everyone would be the option to force offers, so you can move on to a certain school when you want to. Currently, there are only ever around 4 offers each season, which leaves you playing another 12-16 games for the chance to get another 4 offers. Making it possible to force an offer/hiring or generally making there numerous more offers for coaches depending on their prestige would be wonderful. Another option is allowing us to set schools we're interested in that would augment the offers we receive.
