Post 8/8 Update, New Recruits Not Appearing in Position Change Screen

I just loaded up my dynasty after the new update where I was in national signing day week after offseason recruiting where you can view your class and do position changes. None of my recruits are showing up when I go to do position changes or view my roster (not sure if they're supposed to show in roster yet, but I know from the past they are supposed to show up in position changes). This includes all recruits not just ATH. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix?
