Post 8/8 Update, New Recruits Not Appearing in Position Change Screen

The title pretty much says it all. This is at the end of the season, right at National Signing Day, post transfer portal. Anyone else having this issue? Playing on an Xbox Series S, local (not online...

@TheRevengeance You can see your athlete recruits and change their position if you don't filter by position and just work down your full roster list. You will see them listed as an ATH, that's just not an option on the filter/drop down.

Not after the update yesterday. No new players (HS recruits, transfers, etc.) show up in the position change menu. Hit that point on dynasty to find zero new players listed at all. Created a test dynasty and same thing. No new recruits showed up in position changes. The new players do show up on the roster for the first time in the encourage transfers screen.
