Pre play zoom out cant snap ball

Any time I'm in game, the pre-play zoom out happens automatically without the menu popping up and I can't snap the ball. I would reset the game and my controller. I have to turn off an an on my controller just to enter the main menu when firing the game up as well.

On defense it zooms out and I'm locked on a player. I can mover the player but can switch.

Can't push any buttons to audible after a hurry up play is selected while on defense.
