Program Tradition Grade Glitch

Found a fun glitch, no idea how I triggered it. I started a Dynasty as South Carolina, who has a B- grade in program tradition. Halfway through year 1 sitting at around 6-0 and ranked in the teens, my program tradition grade changed to D- and has stayed there ever since, through me making the CFP at the end of the year.
