@ezmoneyrowdy The replies are intentionally vague as to not overpromise and under deliver. I didn't see anything there that would make me believe that player editing will be addressed in any way shape form or fashion. The thing is I'm not expecting it, there will be more improvements to the game for sure, but it won't be the changes that many people are clamoring for, that's just not how this ever goes.
Player editing, new recruit generation and their numbers, top 25 rankings and sim stats are all still enormous issues in this game. There is likely no way all of these issues get fixed with somehow breaking the game in another way. I really don't expect to see sim stats fixed simply because M25-2 also released with horrible sim stats (as it always does every year) yet again!!
It's unfathomable the sheer lack of control I have over the many aspects of dynasty/franchise. We keep losing so many things in these modes that we don't remember things that have been changed that don't make the game better. Why is it that I have my options set to kickoff for the game and there are multiple games that I recieve the ball to start the game. I can't see the coin toss, but I know it's coded in the game because I see it in OT games. Why was this ever removed and why have we just settled for it's absence? Simply because there are so many other broken area of the game that you forget about it and move on. My point is why does the setting as terribly unrealistic as it is, exist in the game if it doesn't work properly?
