i have also had my coach get the symbol for receiving coaching upgrade credits only for them to not appear. my coach is only level 31 and it’s happened multiple times before and after my coach has leveled up to this point.

    Were you able to find a way to fix it?  I tried to switch to offline, like others suggested.  That did not fix the issue.
