Super frustrating. Does it only happen when switching playbooks? 
I switched mine because a friend of mine suggested when hiring coordinators to change to the playbook they bring in … just for fun, a little bit of realism and something different to try different playbooks.

i am regretting that decision now because it completely tanked my team by switching archetypes on all positions. Some positions were ok but I had a stable of Running Backs rated in high 70s, mid to high 80s and now the highest rated RB I have is 58 because they are all now considered power backs when they were all receiving and elusive.

my qb are all strong arms, wr deep threats, te vertical threats, o line varies, d line are all speed rushers, lbs power rushers, dbs are all zone, etc etc.
