Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
EA has stated that playbook changes when from the playbooks/schemes screen have caused this. They have recommended us to use the edit coach screen to make these changes instead until this is fixed.
Is there a known way to fix this after it has happened?
@Dirty_Smeegs_33 I’ll try that now and post an update here. If it’s not reversible it makes the current dynasty unplayable unfortunately. Dropped players from 80+ overall to 30,40,50.
Just tried changing it in edit coach and it does not fix it. Hopefully a fix comes soon.
That doesn't fix the damage it did unfortunately
Position change will fix the overalls but not the badges. I just tried with my Elusive back that dropped and he came back up on Overall but is now a receiving back.
Hey Guys, this happened to me as well. Pretty Lame, but I think I found somewhat of a fix. I simulated the remainder of my season. Then In offseason position changes change the players whose rating decreased to a related or opposite position then change them back to their primary position and it should fix their ratings. I had a Sophomore Running back who was 89 overall and his rating dropped to 75 when I was screwing around with my playbook. So when I got to the offseason I moved him to fullback and then back to Half Back and it put him back to 89.
this just happened to me. I noticed in the off season at the edit players screen. So what I ended up doing was changing my players to a new position then back and it changed it back. I’m not sure the abilities/mental sand if same or different. Took a bit of time but got the “overall” back up.
