Rebuilding in dynasty mode looks too easy
I've watched several creator videos and showcased matchups and the game looks nice! That said, based on some creator videos (for example, Bordeaux's Sam Houston video) it looks like re-building teams...

I agree. it looks to easy, especially if you learn to choose right way to upgrade coaches and pick good coach staff.
On one of the other Dynasty videos I saw that they had maxed out coaching staff, I hope they changed it so when your assistant coaches reaches level 45-50, they are more likely to go to other schools as HC or move to NFL.
But yes, If you want to do a longer road, then I suggest choosing low Coach XP development.
