Recruiting tip

Keep scrolling if you know this already, but its not super obvious in the UX and it has revolutionized my recruiting. You have the ability to REMOVE recruiting actions such as pitches and influence moves. This is a game changer for the flow. Now the formula is "gain influence/research" *remove* "make a pitch". Before, I never understood how I could afford to make a pitch as well as "Send the House" and was consistently losing players in the Top 5 stage. Now Im getting top 20 recruiting classes each year.
