Reset Games in Online Dynasty

Question

Is anyone else having an issue with resetting games in their online dynasty’s??

We just had a top 5 showdown in our league and the game crashed twice and gave the win to the team that was losing. As commissioner, I am unable to go reset the game. When I go to scores and schedules all I can do is look at the box score (the game score ended up being 2-0 lol). I feel like in the past I would have been able to reset or force wins.

It seems it should be an easy fix to just reset the game so they can play again or at least be able to force the win for the team that was winning the whole time.

Anyone have any suggestions/is EA planning on fixing this?? A pretty big bummer for a 32 team league to have something like this happen. Makes people not want to play or get as invested.

There's nothing you can do once a result has saved. It's a major issue that needs addressed ASAP

@theBIGmaple5 They gave us a beta product to test for next year instead of delaying again. All these issues would have been found if like 5 developers just did an online Dynasty themselves for a week or two before release.

@theBIGmaple5 Just had this happen in the CFP Quarterfinals, lag out at halftime score 28-17 and of course they gave the losing team a 2-0 win. Where can I report this issue? Has anyone heard if they are aware of it?

It’s still happening, even 4 months later and EA has yet to resolve this issue
