Scoring glitches

This is the second time an issue with the scoring has happened since the last update, I’m playing as Texas vs ole miss at their stadium, I let a punt go and tried to recover it but there player scooped and scored but it only registered giving them one point. 
On a different league I have the setting adjusted to blow teams out and as you can see in the second picture I won huge but it gave the other team the win? 

Can you address this and fix it?

UPDATE 11 Jan: Playing Minnesota in the playoffs the same thing as I noted above versus ole miss happened again. They recovered a punt I touched and returned it but only received 1 point from the touchdown.

Last question about the scheduling in the game, playing as Texas there should be games versus OU and A&M every season but this season I have neither of them on the schedule. Is that something you can fix? I tried regenerating my schedule three times before the season started and the conference games didn’t change, the only changes were out of conference games.
