Why am I getting locked out of transfers at the beginning of the portal and I am a 5 star school and I meet their deal breakers?

@SubGod22 yeah its a strange design choice that really nerfs the ability to build a team primarily through the portal... imagine if recruiting was like this too.
I absolutely wouldn't mind this if the system was tweaked to be dealbreaker based with multiple dealbreakers effecting their schools.
Perhaps, we can give EA some credit here though.... maybe they automatically gave the top 8 schools that fit the prospects ideal pitch and single dealbreaker.... Maybe recruiting should be like this as well to make it less easy to be gamed.

@Dirty_Smeegs_33 Really good point, and they have done some great things with the game, these minor tweaks will be great.
