Unable to load Dynasty for CFB25
Cannot load online dynasty. Says: ERROR "This file cannot be loaded. Please create a new file. You have been returned to the Main Menu"

@EA_Illium I followed all steps including clearing the cache, but it did not work. What is the ETA for a resolution here?
No fix but they will not come out publicly and say it. I got a message on my open cases that are active and it says there is no fix.
Interesting. I opened a case yesterday and the support agent said EA was working on a fix and it should be deployed in 24-72 hours. No fix today though.
