Viewing Past Recruiting Classes
I am trying to see players I signed in my prior year recruiting class in dynasty mode. Is there a way to see the players you signed from past classes and their previous star rating?

No, and EA needs to add it as part of our coach’s stats.
We all want to know if our classes are improving, if transfers are helping, etc.
You cannot track any awards. There is a section for awards in the player card and awards doesn't populate. Pathetic.
