Why are my dynasty players not progressing!??
So as you can see in the attached photo my 5 star, elite QB has 37 skill points... this is after winning the Heisman and winning the championship... oh AND after offseason training has passed... this...

Wait so are we supposed to be able to upgrade the players ourselves, or the game does it "automatically"
The game does it automatically. The problem here that I had is before the fix patch I changed my playbook and it changed the archetype of all my players which in turned tanked players overalls ECT. It also made some players an archetype that's not even in the game. All my QBs were listed as 'gunslingers' and lost all mental and physical abilities.This isn't a real archetype and if you look under the player card it just says undefined and my guy just kept on collecting experience, but had nothing to spend it on.
