Why even have a depth chart?

Depth chart doesn't do anything.  My RB1 gets 50 carries a game, and moving him to 3rd team doesn't matter. Auto subbing out at 95 helps a little, but even then, at serious risk of injury, he might come out one play. Kinda crazy you can't manually replace players, with "wear and tear" being such an advertised system of realism.
