Why do all other online modes have cross play but not online dynasty? It's clearly not a technical issue. This has ruined the hype for me I'm sorry. I am already exclusively a PC gamer so that news burst the first bubble but with game pass I could sort of justify getting an xbox, but now being limited to xbox for the one mode I would actually love to play online is absolutely a deal breaker. All the friends I have that are hyped for this game would be on PS5 and there is no way in hell I'm locking myself to an eco system for a single game. This is a bigger deal than you guys realize for many potential customers.

I understand how both are frustrating I can pass the feedback along to the team for them to be aware of. While we might not see a change for College Football it's something the team can consider for future projects.

Nah y'all need a better answer than this for real. Like who does this benefit? Because it's intentional. That is the issue. So who paid for it? Sony? You can broker a connection between 2 different consoles to update game data in near real time but having to sync activities between devices for dynasty mode ,which is already online and syncing to devices in the same brand, is a bridge too far? It's a joke.

It is absolutely devastating that this is not a feature that is included in the game. Madden 24 has crossplay for online franchise mode, so there is precedent and technical know-how. Please, please, please add this feature so that a large portion of the player base are not alienated.

Also of note, bweezy21 and my comments are distinct from the OP's question and should not have been merged. OP asked about general crossplay. Our inquiries are regarding crossplay specifically in online dynasty mode.

I had to take the time to voice my frustration like everyone else here. This is absolutely disgusting, we’ve waited for YEARS for this to drop and you guys failed us on something so simple. How do you fail on something so important? I speak for many of my friends that want to buy this game but will now be hesitant on if we chose to do so, the gaming industry has become more of a money grab fooling the next generation. For those of us that grew up in the 90s-2000s we know that gaming was purely for fun and it seemed like the developers would go the extra mile for us. Nowadays they leave out stuff to add it to “future games” as a new feature that should’ve already BEEN AVAILABLE. Disappointed is an understatement…

I’m just learning that online dynasty isn’t available with cross-play. I hadn’t even checked before because I thought, in 2024, it would be an automatic. Nothing will make me believe the technology doesn’t allow it. EA needs to do better. This is nothing more than a ploy to sell more systems. Sony and Microsoft needed an uptick in sales. They’re already getting one with all of the people buying a new system for the first time in a decade. Now, they want one with people who already own PS5 and Xbox series x|s who now need to buy the other system if they want to play online dynasties with their friends. It’s a disgusting money grab.
