Challenge Glitch Not getting Credit for Full stars after meeting requirements

While playing the CFB Ultimate team challenge SURPRISE SURPRISE located in the LEGENDS  challenge set. I have completed and met all requirements 20 plus times and it’s not granting me the full 5 stars. First couple times I was like sure it’s new prob a little bug. But it is 100 percent not allowing me to complete it at this point after meeting ALL REQUIREMENTS. I got so fed up I even screen recorded myself completing the challenge. It even showed completed with the in/game goal tracker. This needs fixed!! It won’t accept a recorded video, it’s an unsupported file, provide an email address in a response to this thread and I will gladly submit recorded proof this challenge is busted.

the requirements were as follows 

1: Don’t allow a TD this drive

2: Don’t allow 3 Completed passes this drive 

3: Force an incomplete Pass this drive
