Yes, the error message I’ve most frequently gotten is a “de-sync error” which says the stats will not be recorded but they always are recorded as a loss even if I’m marginally winning the game.
As far as I know it only really affects Squads head to head. I don’t play as much solo head to head, but haven’t had the issue on there.
To help prevent the issue I bought a wifi extender for better connection and the error this occurred, so I have no purchased and Ethernet cable to further help from getting kicked from games.
I believe the “de-sync error” should be fixed. I really shouldn’t be losing games that I currently have the lead in. Especially when it explicitly says the stats from this game will not be recorded. It must be an in game issue. Ive taken several steps to prevent it and when I switch to any other game I have zero connection issues. On top of that I have several friends who commonly get the “de-sync error code” and it gives them loses as well.
I am trying to attach a perfect video with proof of the issue. It’s only 51 seconds but says it’s too large to upload. I could email it or find other way to upload the video. In sum, I was playing my national championship game up by 6 points with a little over a minute left. When suddenly im kicked and given the “de-sync error code.” I’m told the stats won’t be recorded. When I get back to the menu it initially doesn’t count it as a loss. But then it refreshes and gives me the loss.I receive 7500 coins that says squad season complete and a field goal pack. If I had not been given the “de-sync error” from the game I would have won my national championship and received two national championship packs. This has happened twice and in national championship and several times in the playoffs!!!
