College Football EA Play Loyalist Ultimate Team Packs

    Hey Everyone, 

    Thanks for reaching out to the community and letting us know what you're running into. 

    For EA Play rewards, make sure you are currently subscribed to EA Play on the same console you play College Football on. (or a service like GamePass, that gives you access to EA Play). 

    If you are, fully close College Football and power-cycle your console. After relaunch CF, and check Ultimate Team if your pack are available. 

    If you continue to not receive the EA Play rewards (during the time they are available), please reach out to our support to investigate your account further. 

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select College Football 25 (or any game you're trying to play)
    3. Select the "See all help topics"
    4. Select the option I'm looking for something I bought
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

    Is anyone from EA familiar with these packs and when they get distributed?

    I signed up for EA Play last month, which states that you get a free loyalist pack each month.  However, I did not receive a pack last month, nor have I received a pack yet this month.  Is there something that I need to do in-game to receive these packs?  What am I missing?

    Hi @SevenDolla, to check are you subscribed to EA Play on the same platform you play College Football on? Also, where you subscribed last month when July's was released?

    @EA_Illium, I literally signed up for EA Play through the College Football game when I went to buy more points, so I assume I am signed up on the same platform that I play the game on.  Also, I don't know what day July's Loyalty Packs were released.  I signed up later in the month, so it's possible that I was not signed up on the day they were released.  I was not aware that you had to be signed up on that specific date.  Are the Loyalty Packs only released on a certain date?  It didn't state that anywhere, that I saw.  I figured that I would get the pack when I signed up.

    Ive had EA play since December 2020 on the same platform that I play every game on (Xbox) and have not received any of the packs. I was however able to do the 10-hour trial without an issue. May I please receive the packs?

    @satfreaktom264, thank you for that link.  I was definitely signed up between July 15th and July 31st.  I don't believe I was signed up by the 15th though.  I think it was a few days after that, that I signed up.

    I saw EA posted that there were EA Play perks for August.  I don’t play Ultimate Team but thought I’d take the free perks.  When I went in on my Xbox, it wasn’t there.  Anyone else missing it?

    I have ea play through the Xbox ultimate pass, I get the discounts on points and games, but it says my ea play is inactive.  Is this why I did not get the packs?
