Head2Head squads can’t load into game
Me and my friend have been playing without massive interruption the majority of the time the game has been out. Starting last night, we went through the playoffs and national championship and won, promoted to All-American division and ever since then, we haven’t been able to play a game in a Duo in Squads. We queue a game up, get to the ‘EA CFB 25’ loading screen, we can see the other players join the lobby and can navigate the EAConnect menu, but the game never starts. We sat on the screen for 10 minutes before and it never changed. We both have hard reset our consoles( I’m XSX, friend is PS5), checked our internet connections, both have open or moderate NAT types, cleared cache data. We have tried queueing up a 3 man with a random and same result, stuck on the screen. We can queue up and play solo games, or can play with 2 randoms on a squads game, but we cannot play together. This is becoming increasingly frustrating so any help is welcome.
