How do I get my On the Clock bonus in College Football 25 and Madden NFL 25?

EA_Kent​ Still waiting on my  "On The Clock"  for Madden 25 - I've reported to EA help and provided all the necessary screenshots of my account and proof of purchase within the timeframe of the MVP pack. Still no resolution. Like other posters, the EA Help team keeps telling me that it has been resolved for everyone. Any help to make sure that the powers that be KNOW that this isn't resolved for every user would be much appreciated. Thank you.

EA_Kent​ I was just told that "everyone" has received their "On The Clock" pack by a support representative: "Ronina R." How is that the case when I am still missing MINE? I pre-ordered in time - WELL BEFORE the deadline... I have proof of purchase, to back up my claims!

What is keeping EA from giving me what I am paying for? I cannot stress how unacceptable this customer "service" experience has been! Why is "we can't do anything on our end" being given as a suitable answer? The reality is that this COULD be fixed - but that would require EA going the extra mile for those affected, and we consumer's ALL know EA's reputation when it comes to going "above and beyond" in their business practices... 

I recognize that social media managers and EA Help reps can only do so much, I don't blame any of them for this. That being said, do YOU (and reps like Ronina) not have a responsibility to hold the team that COULD fix this accountable and/or to bring concerns, such a mine, to them consistently? Ronina tells me that "everyone" who ordered this content received it already. I am telling YOU - and by extension (hopefully) the involved team - that such a claim is blatantly untrue. As long as I do not have this content, "everyone" does not have it - EA needs to do better...

This has been a PAINFULLY UNACCEPTABLE experience... I will wait 1 more week - if I don't receive the content that I am paying for by next Sunday, I will promptly be cancelling my "NFL 26/CFB 26 - MVP Bundle" pre-order. I have been patiently waiting for FAR too much time now - given that this is a known issue. Where is the communication? Where is the fix? How much longer is this content expected to be missing, and WHY is it missing in the first place?

Sorry, but this issue is clearly far from being "solved" - as it presently stands...

EA_Kent​ I received my CFB bonus content, but I have not received the On The Clock Draft token in MUT 25. I contacted EA Help and they told me to contact XBOX support. Is that correct? XBOX support can help resolve missing content from a game? 

I am also missing my On The Clock: Travis Hunter content... I shared details already - on the version of this which was posted to the NFL 25 forums. I placed my order on the evening of April 27th - at least two days before the cut-off date - under the Xbox account: Disturbedx2000. I received Travis in CFB 25 - however the pack is nowhere to be found in Madden 25...

EA_Kent​ I see that this issue is "under investigation" - what exactly is keeping so many people from getting the pre-order content they're entitled to, or any alternative form of a "make it right" gesture on the behalf of the team?

I was told that I would get a 99 OVR Travis Hunter early pre-order incentive - numerous people here were told the same thing... Unless the topic of this thread is adequately addressed, and solving this issue is shown to be a top priority to the Madden NFL 25 team promptly, I will be moving forward with my decision to cancel my pre-order - regardless of the extent of my feelings of disappointment only truly extending towards the Madden side, opposed to that of College Football... I cannot, in good spirits, continue to support these video games - so long as the understandably vocal concerns of SO MANY users have been left generally unaddressed for well over a week now... Sorry - but if I am paying $188 CAN for the Madden 26/CFB 26 MVP Bundle then I fully expect receive ALL of the content that was listed as being included, at the time I placed my order... *It doesn't help that EA Help has been a repeat "dead-end" - as far as finding support for this topic is concerned, both in my case as well as that of MANY other players/customers...

Please, give it to the community straight already, EA_Kent​: Can we expect to ever receive this content at a later date, and what (if anything) will we be offered in the event that this HIGHLY sought after - HEAVILY marketed/advertised - incentive remains unavailable to the customers who are entitled to claim it, per the terms of our pre-order agreement? This consistent lack of providing communication and/or any sense of lasting clarity towards the members of this thread  is simply not acceptable - or fair - displays of customer service... In conclusion, I ask: We are paying customers - why do we still not have access to the content that we are graciously paying for??? *Content which was originally advertised to us as being an "immediate" reward, I might add...

Have someone fix this promptly - please.

I spent 150$ the least you can do is give me what I payed so much for,  this is insane, my user is Dbombinator4 on PlayStation, and I bought it at 5:30 on the 28th

EA_Kent​ I’m having the same issue with no on the clock token on PS5. Gamertag: supabuzz.

I also tried EA & PSN chat and they were no help after wasting hours with them. 

Same issues.  No Travis Hunter. EA Help referring folks back to a forum where only EA_Kent​ has responded sporadically. Looking into how to cancel the preorder unless there is a fix. PSN: qpone3
