@45251504fe6a0cb9 Same - I know these packs have cards that I wouldn't use, but it would be free training. Oh, and it is promoted by EA as a perk. The stubbornness of EA to not make right for something they promote or for FREE cards is beyond stupid.
On the EA Loyalist packs, I was told it is a known issue and they are working on it, yet they want me to check back every 72 hours and reopen the case. Each time I do, I'm asked to provide proof that I have EA play and monthly billing. The EA help advisor will spend 30 minutes researching each time and come back to say "Nothing we can do, known issue.....please check back in 72 hours...." - If it is a known issue why hasn't EA just said that? Whoever is in charge of customer support and communication at EA needs some basic training on communication. It isn't that hard. In my software platform I'm responsible for, we simply put in-app messaging when we are having known issues. Guess what? Customers are happy to know that it is known and being worked on.
Out of the principal of it, I'll keep reopening tickets for the EA Loyalist and the FREE Restrepo Card, that I still haven't received. Again, not going to use it but it isn't right for all the CFB 25 players who have paid money and spend time playing this game to not get what they are entitled to.
