Missing Xavier Restrepo

Still haven't received the Xavier Restrepo card. Keep posting to keep it at the top of the threads.

Daily reply to keep this pushed up to the top. 🙂 Still have not received the Restrepo card. Spoke with EA help again today. They say it is still under investigation. Hope that means it will get resolved.

Good morning and Happy Saturday! Weekly update on the missing Xavier Restrepo card - Still not resolved. EA Help continues to be as helpful as they can. They do not have the ability to simply grant the card that I and any other paying EA CFB 25 players should have received. They say that EA Devs are aware that many users have still not received Xavier Restrepo and they are working on a fix. I hope so.

At this point it's the principal of the thing and I will continue to post here, which is what EA Help says we are to do.

Again, I ask any fellow CFB 25 gamers who have not received Xavier Restrepo to continue to post here and open and re-open your case with EA Help.

Happy gaming - maybe we will meet in a head to head CHAMPS match.

Crazy how this is still I thing, I have yet to get this card also and I gave up on even trying yet I am not in here again for a separate issue. Hope you get your card. 

Still no resolution. Same story different day. Issue has been resolved.......nothing we can do but post on this forum.......

The EA Help advisors' hands are tied and they can't do anything other than tell us to post on the AHQ forums and that a moderator here will respond. Well, I've posted more times than I can recall and haven't had a single moderator respond to anything. I would greatly appreciate a response from a moderator to acknowledge that the issue is not resolved for all.

I don't understand why it is so difficult to simply grant the FREE card that we were all supposed to receive as paying gamers of this game. It's quite frustrating. It's not like I'm asking to be given something that I'm not supposed to have. I don't want anything extra, make rights, etc. I just want the card I should have so I can use all the upgrade tokens I earned on it. 

Obligatory weekly bump - It's the principal of the issue now. Xavier Restrepo wouldn't have a spot on my roster anymore, but regardless - every CFB25 gamer should've gotten the card and didn't. 

Imagine if Miami was your favorite team (not mine) and you didn't get Xavier - you'd be pretty mad.

EA - just give the free card to everyone - because - everyone was supposed to get it, and....IT IS FREE -  It isn't that complicated. I know you think you fixed it for everyone, you didn't.
